A. PRODUCT & FIT

Q: How do I know if a frame will fit my face?

A: We believe in facial architecture—finding the right geometry for your features.

  • Measurements: Lens Width, Bridge, and Temple Length are listed on every product page under Specifications.
  • Best tip: Compare those measurements to a pair of glasses you already own.

Q: Are VUE sunglasses UV protected?

A: Yes. All VUE sunglasses are rated UV400, meaning they block 99–100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.

Q: Are all VUE lenses polarized?

A: Not all—different scenarios require different optics.

  • Polarized: Marked as “Polarized” on the product page. Best for driving and reducing glare from water/snow.
  • Non-Polarized: Great for everyday fashion wear and easier viewing of digital screens (phones/dashboards).

Q: Can I put prescription (RX) lenses in VUE frames?

A: Most VUE eyewear is sold as ready-to-wear plano (non-prescription) sunglasses. We recommend consulting your local optician before attempting lens replacement, as some designs may not support RX lenses. VUE does not offer prescription services at this time.

B. MATERIALS & CARE

Q: What materials are your frames made of?

A: We use premium materials engineered for longevity and comfort. Specific materials are listed on each product page.

  • TR90: Ultra-flexible and lightweight memory polymer.
  • Polycarbonate (PC): Impact-resistant and durable.
  • Metal Alloy: Fine-wire frames with electroplating for corrosion resistance.

Q: Are the lenses scratch-proof?

A: Our lenses feature a hardened coating that is scratch-resistant for daily wear, but no lens is 100% scratch-proof. Store them in the provided case and avoid wiping dry lenses with clothing.

Q: How should I clean my VUE sunglasses?

A: Rinse with lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap. Dry gently with the included microfiber cloth. Avoid paper towels or rough fabrics.

C. SHIPPING & ORDERS

Q: Where do you ship to?

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days (varies by destination)

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We start processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel, please email service@vueoptics.co as soon as possible with your Order #. If an order has already been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

D. RETURNS & WARRANTY

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to love your view. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including case/pouch/cloth).
  • How to start: Email service@vueoptics.co with your Order # and reason for return.
  • Return shipping: Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility. For defective or wrong items, after verification we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label when available.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

A: Yes. VUE offers a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (e.g., hinge failure or frame breakage without impact). This does not cover accidental damage, scratches from use, or lost items. Please email service@vueoptics.co with photos and your Order # for assistance.
