RETURN & REFUND POLICY
A. OUR PROMISE
At VUE, we treat eyewear as facial architecture. We want you to find the perfect frame that balances geometry and style.
If your new eyewear doesn’t perfectly frame your perspective, we’re here to help. We accept returns of unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date.
B. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following standards:

Condition: Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached.

Packaging: In the original packaging (including hard case, pouch, and cleaning cloth).

Proof: Order number / proof of purchase is required.
Returns must be requested and approved before sending the package back. Items sent without approval may be refused.
C. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:

Final Sale / Clearance items (as marked at purchase)

Customized items (if applicable in the future)
D. SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

If the item is not defective and we did not make an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you paid a shipping fee (e.g., $7.00 USD for orders under $49), it will not be refunded.

If your order qualified for free shipping, we will refund the full value of returned items (subject to eligibility).
No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.
E. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1 — Request Approval (Required):
Email service@vueoptics.co with your Order # and reason for return.
Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization (RMA):
If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RMA) and any packing/label instructions.
Please include your Order # / RMA inside the package.
Step 3 — Ship to the Return Address Below:
Send your return to the address listed in this policy.
We only accept returns shipped to the address below unless our support team provides an alternative address in writing.

Important (International Returns):
If you are shipping from outside China, delivery times may be longer. Any charges caused by incorrect customs declaration (if any) are the sender’s responsibility.
F. DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will evaluate and make it right by offering a free replacement or a full refund.
G. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

H. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. After the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
