A. SECURE TRANSACTIONS

At VUE, we treat data security with the same precision as our frame design. Our checkout is protected by HTTPS/SSL encryption to help safeguard your information during transmission.

Payment processing: All payments are handled securely through PayPal. If you choose to pay by debit or credit card, your card details are processed directly by PayPal and are not stored on our servers.

B. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

To ensure secure transactions and buyer protection, we currently process payments exclusively through PayPal.

  • PayPal Account: Log in to your PayPal account for a fast checkout.
  • Debit/Credit Cards (No PayPal Account Needed): Where available, you may select β€œPay with Debit or Credit Card” (or β€œCheckout as Guest”) on the PayPal page to use a major card via PayPal’s guest checkout.

Availability of guest checkout and supported card types may vary by country, bank, and PayPal settings.

C. SHIPPING FEES & TOTALS

Your total order cost is calculated as: Product Price + Shipping Fee (if applicable) + Taxes (if applicable).

Shipping Rates:

  • Orders over $49 USD: Complimentary Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under $49 USD: Flat shipping & handling fee of $7.00 USD.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable in the case of returns, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

D. CURRENCY & CONVERSION

All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).

If your card or bank account is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fees. Please contact your bank for details.

E. TAXES & DUTIES

Sales Tax (United States):
Sales tax may be collected at checkout depending on your shipping address and applicable local laws.

Import Duties & Customs (International Orders):
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by your destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • The customer is responsible for any duties/taxes required by local authorities.

F. PAYMENT TROUBLESHOOTING

If your payment is declined, please try the following:

  • Confirm your card details (number, expiry, CVV) are correct.
  • Ensure your billing details match your bank/card records.
  • Contact your bank to authorize the transaction (especially for international payments).
  • Try PayPal guest checkout (where available) or use a different card/bank method supported by PayPal.
