B. PROCESSING TIME
Preparing your architecture.
- Handling: Please allow 1β3 business days for our team to pick, inspect, and pack your eyewear with precision.
- Weekends: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Modifications: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at service@vueoptics.co as soon as possible (ideally within 2 hours of placing your order). Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

F. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

- Not included: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated.
- Customer responsibility: The customer is responsible for any duties/taxes required by local authorities.
If a package is returned to us due to refused or unpaid customs charges, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping cost (if charged by the carrier) from your refund, where applicable.
G. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We understand shipping issues can be stressful. If you experience a delivery problem, please contact us and weβll help you through the next steps.
- Status shows βDeliveredβ but not received: Please check your mailbox/front desk, neighbors, and any carrier notice first. Then email us within 48 hours with your Order #. We will assist you in initiating a carrier inquiry where possible.
- Tracking stops updating (possible delay): If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
- Confirmed lost in transit: If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, we will work with you on a resolution (replacement or refund) in line with our policy.
Please note: We cannot guarantee outcomes for theft after delivery, but we will assist with carrier documentation and investigation where available.
